Talent and mech license trees

The big swing this week was setting up the organization and UI for talents and license levels. I did it though!! The yawning abyss of actually implementing all that content now stands before us. Good thing I'm steadily working on bringing in more help behind the scenes — expect a big but perhaps unsurprising announcement with the next update ;)

There... there's a lot of rules and special cases in Lancer, y'all. The only talents that I could quickly throw in with the systems I've already built were the "you get accuracy with this kind of attack" ones. And even that required some custom logic to get Tactician I to only proc if somebody else is engaging them. But we got this! Boldly onward!

Additions:

  • Created Talent and License levels, which are now modifiable via character sheets. It will not enforce unlicensed gear yet, so go ahead and add a war pike to your Goblin.
    • Duelist I, Gunslinger I, Tactician I, Vanguard I, and a dummy Hacker I (does not do anything but looks good)
    • The first license level for all the player mechs, but as a temporary weird fusion for the gear I've already implemented.
  • Redesigns and refactors of character sheets; more of the tabs are scrollable, fewer tabs, the whole thing only rerenders on changes instead of every loop. (curiously, the whole sheet now takes a second or so to load the first time)
  • Can click on frames in the license tab to preview their base stats (still missing mounts)
  • Added icon to the focus crosshair that shows the unit's current available reaction status & whether it has its overwatch.
  • Slight redesign of the attack chance preview tooltip; it should be a little more consistent now.
  • Added a confirm box for skipping secondary attacks.
  • Flash the "roll" button on structure and stress checks, slight rolling animation.
  • Added talent icons, courtesy of the COMP/CON devs <3
  • Added short credits panel to main menu.
  • Smoothed out loading transitions between scenes, fixed its animation.

Bugfixes:

  • Fix an infinite victory loop where the scenario doesn't end.
  • Fix liturgicode trait from being applied to all attacks attacks.
  • Fixed overwatch warning exclaimation point not going away after your movement.
  • Fixed broken lock-on animation.
  • Can no longer scan the recon CZ if you already know it's the true CZ.
  • Can now reach the escape/options menu from any other screen.
  • Fix crash on seismic rippering a demolisher.
