Squad picker, character sheets, nelson + kobold

Changes!
- Added a sidebar that focuses on & can open character sheets which lists everything a unit has
- You now pick 3 mechs for your squad before the fight starts (not remotely balanced)
- Added context-specific buffs; Duelist I accuracy, Momentum bonus damage
- Can self-destruct
- Added invisibility & 50% miss chance
- Added text fx on adding/removing statuses & using abilities.
- it might be too chatty; I might skip showing stuff like "Engaged!"
- Added Nelson & Kobold frames & their respective frame traits
- Hacky Main/Aux implementation; war pike is just treated like an aux
- Mimic carapace still doesn't know that lock on isn't an attack
Bugfixes
- Prevent rxns from triggering on the same event twice; fixes inability to cancel overwatch
- Stopped 1/loop turret death on swallowtail death
- Hidden no longer lost on engagement; AI units will search instead
- Fix cancelling frag grenade
- Puppet system no longer softlocks when used on prone enemy
