v0.4.8 hotfix

Wouldn’t be a release without a hotfix. ALEXAN2507 found a crash common enough that it warranted a hotfix plus any easy bugfixes I could bundle along with it in an afternoon.
- fix crash on downloading maps with no custom map folder ready
- witch pred logic only targets hostiles and cannot pick vorpal gun
- bouncing mine only triggers on flying units
- razor swarm + skyhammer salvo no longer count against whether you’ve eliminated the opfor, and are removed when their owner is destroyed
- remove seeking from ace missile launcher
- ghostweave doesn’t disable after landing, taking off, standing up, or jumping
- Isk CP only affects characters
- zone names don’t render on top of gear bar
- add a spinner for when the AI is thinking
- fix grapple not updating the grapple line fx
- update everest alt tokens with more npcs
